1997: Too old to drive?

According to Transport Canada, teenage drivers and senior drivers have more accidents per kilometre driven than any other age group. Drivers over the age of 80 are considered as high-risk as those under the age of 16. Ontario has one of the toughest senior’s driving legislation in North America, requiring drivers 80 years or older to renew their licence every two years.
